Orders and shipping

We are sincerely thankful for your interest in purchasing a Pilot-RC product and strongly advise that you buy from your local dealer. 

However, if you can not find the plane you like from our dealer or you want a custom scheme, you can also order from our factory directly. Before doing so, please note the following:

  1. We can ship to most of the countries all over the world. Some countries will be a little more expensive due to  shipping cost.  As such, please email us for the shipping price.
  2. If you purchased a Pilot-RC model and damaged it in any way. We can offer you the parts at the reasonable price.
  3. For custom colour scheme, please see full details below
  4. We only accept orders by e-mail for now. Please send your order to pilot-rc@139.com
    Let us know your full name, shipping address, phone, and what plane you want.  We will send the invoice to you. Payment can then be made via bank or paypal after we confirm your order by email.  
  5. Pilot-RC accepts Paypal, our account is pilot-rc@139.com however you must pay the fees of 3.0%. We also accept bank transfer, in which case there is no fees however any charge made by your bank must not be applied to the final amount we receive.
  6. The prices discussed do not include import tax/custom duty. For mode details on this please check with your local customs office.
  7. All orders will be shipped via DHL or EMS unless advised by the customer for alternative shipping. The customer should pay any alternative shipping cost.
  8. Usually we will ship the aircraft within 5~7 work days after we get your payment. If it is not in stock we will contact with you and ship out as soon as it is in stock.
  9. All the orders shipped will have insurance protection. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it’s possible that in rare cases damages may occur during shipment. We ask that the recipient of the deliver opens the box and inspects the contents BEFORE signing for the shipment. If you notice any damage, please take photos of the damaged box, note it on the delivery note and refuse the shipment. Then contact with us and send us the photos immediately. We can not be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there are no comments on the delivery note.
