Order and ship
We are sincerely thankful for your purchase Pilot-RC product. We strongly advise you buy from your local dealer. But if you can not find the plane you like from our dealer or you want to do the customer scheme, you also can order from our factory directly. We can also offer you the convenience of ordering our products right here. Please read the following items before you order:
1. we only sell the CF version aircraft directly. we can ship to most of the countries all over the world. some countries will be a little more expensive shipping than our web.please email us for the shipping price.
2. if you had bought our aircraft and it was unfortunately damaged. We can offer you the parts at the reasonable price.

4. we only accept email order for now. Please send your order to pilot-rc@139.com. let me know your full name, shipping address, phone, and what plane you want. We will send the invoice to you . you can pay via bank or paypal after we confirm your order by email.
5. We accept your payment by PAYPAL. But you must pay for the fee of PAYPAL, the rate is 3.0% . if you pay by bank , then you need not pay for the rate.we will send you payment require via email after we confirm your order.
6. the price is not including the custom duty, please check it with your local custom.
7. We will ship all orders by DHL or EMS unless advised by the customer for alternative shipping. The customer should pay any alternative shipping cost.
8. Usually we will ship the aircraft within 5~7 work days after we get your payment. If it is not in stock. We will contact with you and ship out as soon as it is in stock.
9. All the orders shipped will have insurance protection. Although our products are packaged securely to revent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment. we ask that the customer, or a responsible adult be present at time of delivery open the box. Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. If you notice any damage, please take photos of the damaged box, note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment. Then contact with us and send the photos to us immediately. We can not be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Loading.
